Shipping:
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class & Recorded Post to the address indicated in your order. All overseas orders are sent via Air Mail.
Postage prices are based on Royal Mail weight/price tables. All items have been given weights in kgs (actual weight of item not wrapped for posting) and are added up in the checkout so that the relevant charge is made automatically.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of you placing them, often sooner! However, some items on this site are delivered straight from the manufacturer and will take longer to arrive. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 28 days of your order. If you do not receive your order after this time has passed please get in touch with us.
Returns:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, ie the item you have ordered is faulty or defective you must return it to us unused and in its original condition and packaging within 10 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.
We do not offer a refund or exchange for change of mind.
If you receive any products that are not as described, you can return them in unused and original condition. Please email us before returning an item – sales@glastonburyshop.com
Herbs, Resins & powders are non returnable. We cannot be held responsible for return packages lost when returning. As you are responsible for the item to us we recommend sending the package by recorded/special delivery and insured up to the value of the item(s).
